Find A Child can be used, at any time, to find the details of a particular child, in any of our classes.
When we click Find A Child, we will see a search bar, and a list of all the children, in all of our classes.
If we can see the child that we’re looking for, in the list on the left, we can click their name, to see more information.
If we can’t see the name in the list, we can use the search bar, and either enter the child’s name or, if the child is with us, and has been checked in to a class, we can scan the barcode on their wristband.
The list will then show the child’s name, and the information will come up automatically.
The child’s information will allow us to see if they are checked in, or not, the contact details for the child’s Guardians, the other people in the child’s family, under Relationships, and their medical information, under Medical Info. Clicking Recent Class Attendance, will show the child’s most recent check in’s. If they are currently checked in, this will show which class they are checked in to. Finally, under Membership, we’ll be able to see when they were added to iKnow.
