To see the people who are currently in Classes, authorised supervisors can click on the class button, within Child Check-In.
Clicking on the class, will show a list of everyone assigned to the class, with a green button denoting that the person is currently checked into the class, and the red button showing they are not checked in to a class.
We will also be able to see the times that a person was checked in and out, most recently, and the event that the class was attached to.
At the top of the page, we’ll be able to see some basic statistics for the class. How many people are currently Checked-In, how many people are Registered for the class, not including visitors, and the Capacity that has been set for the class.
If we have the correct permissions, we will be able to see the Contact Parents and Guardians button, which allows us to use the Communication Suite, to contact parents of children in the class. We will also be able to see the Check Out Everyone button, that will allow us to check out anyone who is checked in, to the class.
